I grew up in Washington State during the 1980’s. My hometown sits in the eastern foothills of the Cascade range on the Columbia River and it is part of me as I am part of this place. I paint from my own perspective and experience to reflect the intersection of modern domestic and cultural habits with natural cycles and instincts that define our animal selves.

I teach art privately and for various programs in the Wenatchee Public Schools, and Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center. I enjoy serving on the board of the NCW Arts Alliance as we work to connect artists with opportunities and highlight the arts in our communities.
